MEN'S 9-WEEK MUSCLE PROJECT

 

 

Want to build a lean, athletic physique? Elevate offer's the ULTIMATE Men's only program designed to give you a leaner, more defined physique. 

 

Over a 9-week period, you will experience phased training routines combined with personalised nutrition plans to suit each training phase. 

 

Additionally to training, you will have online coach support to assist you along the way. 

 

Training schedule:

Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday 7:15pm-8:15pm

Friday optional extra training at your own leisure 4:30pm-6:30pm (your coach will design a workout for you)

Saturday optional boxing for fitness 8am-8:45am to help reduce body fat %
