Woman's Only Bootcamp

Exclusive Women’s only bootcamp designed to make fitness fun and enjoyable. A combination of boxing for fitness and high intensity interval training specifically designed to sculpt the female physique. This is a monthly run program which is paid upfront ($199/month). Signup dates are released through the Elevate instagram and Facebook pages.  (Instructed by Vanessa Taylor)

 

 

Iron Athlete

Full body functional, dynamic, HIIT circuit that help you shred body fat fast whilst maintaining lean muscle mass. (Instructed by Vanessa Taylor & Ryan Taylor)

 

 

Power Athlete

Traditional weight training heavy lifting style class designed for muscle gaining, strength development and toning of the physique. Heavier weights are lifted in this class, however it still caters for both men and women and all fitness experience levels.  (Instructed by Peter Doherty)

 

Combat Athlete

Boxing for fitness that your body will never adapt to. Enjoy a constant elevated heart rate, fast based cardio that will leave you on an absolute high. A majority pad based session with occasional bag work for variation.  All fitness levels welcome and no boxing experience required. (Instructed by Ryan Taylor)

 

 

Cardio Burst

A 30minute intense cardio based session which combines various cardio styled training to keep the body working under intense pressure for improved toning, enhanced muscle fibre twitching, increased fitness and body fat reduction.  (Instructed by Vanessa Taylor)

 

Open Gym

Utilize Elevate Training Lab’s new state of the art equipment at your own leisure. Trainers are there to help provide you with a personalised workout for the day. 

 

Women's Project

The ULTIMATE weightlifting program designed for the female physique. Enjoy heavier weight lifting combined with personalised nutrition to help you tone up, gain strength and achieve your dream physique in a fun, supportive environment. (Instructed by Vanessa Taylor)
